1) What are the first steps in my remodeling project?
The first step in any remodeling project is to get an estimate. Give us a call or go to our contact us page to provide us some basic information as to what project you have in mind. We will then be able to work with you through our easy process in understanding your vision.
2) Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! Most estimates will be completed in 1-3 business days. Large projects are typically completed within 5-7 business days
3) Are you insured?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance. We want our customers to feel safe when working with us.
4) Will I be able to select the actual products for my project?
Absolutely! We will personally spend the day with you taking you to showrooms, vendors, suppliers, etc. Your project will be 100% custom, so you will be selecting the exact items that fit your taste and style. We will provide a checklist that has all of the materials listed for you to select.
5) Do you guarantee your work?
All of our workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year. If there are any defects in our workmanship, we will promptly come back for free.
6) Do you guarantee your prices?
The price we quote is 100% guaranteed as long as the scope of work and specifications do not change. We provide very detailed proposals to ensure that you know what is, or is not included in your project.
7) Can we see what our project will look like before the work begins?
After we meet and get a final idea of what you want, we are able to create blue prints and three dimensional drawings of your project before we begin any work. In most cases, we set up an appointment to design your new project together; either at our office or in the comfort of your own home. This allows you, the customer, to be in complete control of making your dream come to life.
